Location: Los Angeles + Surrounding Areas (In Client’s Home)

Your Role

As a Speech Therapist (SLP), you will provide personalized, evidence-based therapy to clients with a variety of speech, language, communication, and feeding/swallowing challenges. You’ll work with both children and adults, in homes, or community settings—supporting everything from early language development and articulation to social communication, AAC, and cognitive-communication needs. You’ll be part of a collaborative, interdisciplinary team that values clinical excellence, creativity, and compassion.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments

  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on each client’s strengths, needs, and goals

  • Provide direct speech-language therapy services to children and/or adults

  • Address a range of needs, including:

    • Receptive/expressive language

    • Articulation/phonology

    • Social/pragmatic communication

    • AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication)

    • Voice and fluency

    • Feeding/swallowing (if within your scope)

    • Cognitive-communication skills

  • Collaborate with caregivers, educators, and clinical team members to promote consistency across environments

  • Educate families on communication strategies and home supports

  • Track and document progress using clear, goal-aligned session notes and reports

  • Participate in team meetings and continuing education

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship (CFY) candidates welcome

  • California SLP license (or eligibility)

  • Experience working with either pediatric or adult populations; interest in both is a plus

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills

  • Passion for helping individuals grow their ability to connect and communicate

  • Reliable, organized, and self-motivated with a flexible approach to therapy

  • Comfortable providing services in a variety of environments (home, clinic, school, or virtual)

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Schedule & Compensation

  • Hourly rate depending on experience & qualifications 

  • Full-time and part-time positions available

  • Flexible scheduling to support caseload balance and clinician wellness

  • Opportunities to specialize in areas of interest (e.g., AAC, feeding, autism, adult neuro)
