Our Story
Forum Care Group was born from both professional expertise and deeply personal experience. We understand that navigating the world of special needs care can feel overwhelming—from Regional Center systems to insurance processes to finding the right support team. That's why we created a safe space defined by integrity, inclusivity, and a passion for creating meaningful impact.
Ofir and Shani teamed up to create more than just a staffing agency. We built a partnership that delivers services which truly make a difference, working closely with families, regional centers, insurers, and communities.

Our Philosophy
Our philosophy centers on ensuring that children feel loved, supported, encouraged, and accepted so they can enjoy their childhood and reach their fullest potential. We don't just send caregivers; we send partners in your child's growth. Every provider we place is thoughtfully selected and trained to support children with special needs, delivering compassionate, developmentally appropriate care tailored to each child's unique strengths and challenges—all in the comfort, familiarity, and security of their own home.
