Your Role

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you’ll provide hands-on, personalized care to individuals who need support with daily living activities, mobility, and basic health monitoring. You’ll play a key role in improving quality of life, building strong relationships with clients and their families, and ensuring that each person feels respected and cared for. This role may involve working in home care, assisted living, or healthcare settings depending on client needs.

What You’ll Be Doing

Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

Support safe mobility and transfers (e.g., from bed to wheelchair)

Monitor and report changes in clients’ physical or emotional condition to supervisors

Take and record vital signs such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure

Provide companionship, emotional support, and encouragement

Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders (as needed)

Ensure a safe, clean, and supportive environment

Follow care plans and work closely with nurses, care managers, and family members

Schedule & Compensation

• Hourly rate depending on qualifications

• Flexible schedules, full or part-time 

• Saturday hours available for those seeking additional shifts

What We're Looking For

• Current CNA certification in the state of California

• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)

• Prior experience in home care, assisted living, or healthcare settings preferred

• Compassionate, reliable, and patient-centered approach to care

• Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Must be 18 years or older

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for home-based positions)

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, and transferring clients

• Capable of getting down on the floor, kneeling, crouching, or quickly responding to clients as needed
