About Us

Our Physical Therapists play a vital role in helping clients—from young children to older adults—build strength, confidence, and functional ability.

Your Role

As a Physical Therapist, you will work with both pediatric and adult clients, delivering compassionate, evidence-based care that helps improve mobility, coordination, balance, and daily living skills. You’ll assess needs, design tailored therapy plans, and deliver hands-on support in homes, clinics, or community settings. Whether it’s helping a child learn to walk or supporting an adult recovering from injury or managing a chronic condition, your work will make a lasting impact.

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote mobility, motor development, and functional independence

  • Provide direct therapy services in-home, clinic, or community-based settings

  • Collaborate with other therapists, clinicians, educators, and caregivers to ensure holistic support

  • Educate clients and families on exercises, home programs, and strategies to promote progress between sessions

  • Maintain clear, accurate documentation and track progress toward goals

  • Contribute to team meetings, goal setting, and interdisciplinary planning

  • Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of California

  • Experience with both pediatric and adult clients (or strong interest in working across age groups)

  • Passionate about helping clients achieve greater independence and quality of life

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, team-based environment

  • Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable working in various environments (homes, schools, clinics)

  • CPR/ BLS certification by American Heart Association or American Red Cross

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for home-based services

Physical Requirements

  • Able to push, pull, lift up to 100 lbs on an intermittent basis; able to bend, stoop, sit, stand and walk without restrictions.

  • Capable of getting down on the floor, kneeling, crouching, or quickly responding to children as needed

Schedule & Compensation

  • Depending on experience & qualifications

  • Full-time and part-time roles available

  • Flexible scheduling options to support work-life balance

  • Competitive hourly or salaried compensation (based on experience and caseload)

  • Opportunities to build a customized caseload in preferred age groups or specialties
