We believe caregiving is not just a job—it’s a calling. As a Developmental Play Partner, you’ll help support and nurture the growth of children with developmental differences through play, curiosity, and connection. Join us in creating a care experience that’s rooted in trust, empathy, and excellence.
Your Role
As a Developmental Play Partner, you’ll support children with developmental delays, physical limitations or neurodivergence through purposeful, play-based engagement in the home. Follow the child’s lead while supporting co-regulation and shared attention

-
Support transitions, routines, and sensory regulation strategies
-
Maintain a safe, responsive, and nurturing environment
-
Track and share observations with the care team and parents
-
Provide consistent, patient, and empathetic support during sessions
Schedule & Compensation

Hourly rate depending on qualifications
-
Flexible part-time schedules
-
Saturday and afternoon hours available
What We're Looking For
-
Experience working with children (especially toddlers and preschoolers) in play-based, educational, or caregiving settings
-
Familiarity with child development, neurodiversity, or relationship-based approaches (e.g., DIR/Floortime, Montessori, RIE, or similar frameworks)
-
Creative, curious, and joyful approach to working with children
-
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently in family homes

Excellent communication skills with both children and adults

-
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Physical Requirements
-
Ability to sit on the floor, crawl, kneel, or move quickly to engage safely in play
-
Capable of lifting up to 40 lbs and supporting children during physical play or transitions
